Once an order is complete we aim to dispatch within 48 hours (stock allowing), and for most parts of the mainland UK, delivery should be made within 48 hours from dispatch. For courier deliveries, you’ll receive a notification by email from our courier partner to let you know they have the parcel and to give an indication of when it will be delivered. To ensure timely delivery, please ensure the delivery details are correct and recognisable to our courier drivers. As we deliver only to business addresses we do expect that there will be someone available at the address to receive the order during normal business hours.
