How Do I Return An Order?

Cancellation, Refunds & Returning your Order Whilst we hope that you will receive your order in perfect condition, if your order is damaged, faulty, or incomplete please report this to us within 2 days by phone (01207 438385) or email. Please quote your order number. We are a trade only wholesaler and therefore expect that there will be someone available to receive orders at the delivery address during normal working hours. We will not be liable for costs incurred should deliveries fail when there might reasonably be expected to be someone available to receive goods. Should you wish to cancel an order after it has been made but before it has been dispatched please let us know immediately and we'll be happy to refund the order in full including any delivery charge. If your order has already been dispatched then we will not ordinarily accept the return the goods, any such return must be sanctioned by a Director.
